INTJ -- The Mastermind
Builders, visionaries, Nobel prize-winning scientists... or wacky inventors with a shed full of strange machinery, INTJs are blessed with focus. They know what they want to create and they put their all into achieving it. They also know exactly how to grade their success: by whether it works. Above all, INTJs are supremely pragmatic. They're also perfectionists. Whether they're building a cold fusion machine or a car that runs on air, they don't award themselves any points for effort; if it doesn't do exactly what it's supposed to do, it doesn't work. And if it does, it can still be improved.
That sort of dedication can be hard to work with. INTJs have little respect for rules when they believe they get in the way of results. While they're happy to give credit when its due, they're also unforgiving of those who put in less effort than they do -- which is most people. These sorts of difficulties can affect personal relationships too. INTJs tend to be very private and are not always the most socially able. If two people want a relationship, then why bother with the small talk? But when a relationship doesn't work, they are usually willing to put in the effort to fix it.
On the whole, INTJs are confident, assured and able. They're go-getters who are driven by they satisfaction of personal achievement rather than the glory of success.
INTJ -- Introverted iNtuitive Thinking Judging
INTJs are dedicated pragmatists. They're can also be perfectionists, but they have a strong sense of focus which drives them to meet ambitious goals. Determined in their professional lives, they tend to be flexible in their personal lives.
